1. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain hygiene and safety, only unused, unopened, and original packaging products are eligible for returns. Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

Eligible returns include:

  • Products shipped incorrectly


2. Return Request

  • Contact us at hello@seravia.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Provide your order number, product name(s), and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your product.


3. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost returns.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items only.

  • Please contact us at hello@seravia.com within 7 days to arrange an exchange.

  • We will ship the replacement product once we receive and verify the returned item.

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
